Customer Service Adviser

Role and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, giving quotes, selling the benefits of our products and converting the enquiries into sales.
- You will also conduct the administration process from start to finish, providing excellent customer service.
- Identify and create new business opportunities through smart networking.
- Communicate effectively and provide positive assistance to customers at all times in every aspect of sales, service and claims.
Skills and qualifications:
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and be a good networker.
- Show strong attention to detail, and be able to work on their own initiative.
- Have the interpersonal skills to build relationships with a wide range of people.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish would be advantageous.
