HUMAN RESOURCES & MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR
Gibraltar based

Role and responsibilities

Ibex employ 70 staff across three jurisdictions and we are looking for someone to take responsibility for the associated administration and record keeping.  This includes organising interviews, preparation of contracts, maintenance of staff records, employment policies, procedures and payroll.

The marketing side of the job would involve selection and stock management of company merchandise, maintenance of marketing expenditure and budget records, assist in the production of social media content and adverts and in the organisation of company events.

Skills and qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well organised, show strong attention to detail and be able to work on their own initiative.

Must be fluent in English.  Fluency or a high level of Spanish is required. Previous HR experience would be advantageous. 

Hours:- 9am to 5.30pm, with a 1 hour lunch break.  Monday to Friday.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER - ALMANCIL

Role and responsibilities

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, giving quotes, selling the benefits of our products and converting the enquiries into sales.  You will also conduct the administration process from start to finish, providing excellent customer service.

Skills and qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well organised, be a good networker, show strong attention to detail, and be able to work on their own initiative.

Must have excellent spoken and written English. Fluency in Portuguese would be advantageous.
