Testamonial from a client regarding an Ibex Agent

Hi Robert & Christine,

After coming along to your office to report a water leak at our property, both Debbie & I wish to thank you both for your assitance to resolve the problem, in such a speedy way that I feel it is only right to thank all involved.

Within 1 Hour of reporting it to you Ibex Insurance representive contacted me by mobile that they were aware of the problem, informing me that the repairer ARF would contact me shortly less that 30 minutes later they contacted me in English as my Spanish is very limited. He stated he would  be  at my property within 15 minutes. On my return in less than 10 minutes he was waiting for me at the agreed location. He surveyed the problem then planned an actioned repair to start by 10 Am the next morning, by Mid after noon the leak had been located under my drive repaired and made safe. Then 2 working days later there office contacted me again to arrange the re- concreting of my drive he had sourced tiles which matched exactly. So by the following thursday less than 1 week the whole area involved was made good to an excellent standard.

I also wish to thank all staff from ARF for there fast friendly attitude to the work involved. Even Julie from ARF was able to translate over the telephone at any time I needed to speak to their spanish Staff.

I would recommend your insurance service (Ibex ) and their agreed repairers ARF, A whole top class service.
