Ibex have taken the stress out of this for you. Our network of ‘Approved Repairers' have been tried and tested by us, gaining our trust in the process, giving you one less thing to worry about in the event of an accident.

Using an Ibex Approved Repairer entitles you to:

• Free courtesy car scheme for the duration of the repair*
• Free car valeting - exterior and interior
• Free pick up and drop off for your vehicle - you don't have to leave your
  front door!

*subject to availability (client discount of 25€ per day in Fuerteventura)

In the event of an accident

If your vehicle is un-drivable please contact your breakdown assistance company to transfer the vehicle to the approved repairer.

If your vehicle is drivable please notify us first, we will then notify our repairers of your impending claim.
