As an ex police officer I know that people find it easier to criticise but are slow to show their appreciation when a job is well done and yesterday, as always, you did a cracking job for myself and my wife.

Your attention to detail and perseverance to get me the best insurance cover was brilliant but no less than I expect from you and your company. We have insured our current and previous cars through Ibex for many years. However we are planning to relocate to the Isle of Man in the summer. I understand that Ibex are unable to provide insurance for IoM registered and located vehicles so when this policy expires we’ll need to arrange a policy through an IoM company.

Many thanks to Samantha Campbell at the Estepona office who went the extra mile.  Samantha willingly and cheerfully helped me on an issue very efficiently.  Even with my fluent Spanish there is nothing like being dealt with in your own language at trying times by an employee who genuinely cares.

She made several reassuring suggestions including logging all details on my file as a safeguard and giving me a contact advice line number who were also excellent and the matter was quickly resolved.

I can't remember the last time I received such intelligent, professional customer service.

In comparison to others I have been very happy with the no nonsense Ibex motor policy and its speedy courteous breakdown service ARAG who I needed twice.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Thank you for your assistance for this.  I would like to say that I would not even be considering this if it weren't for your excellent customer service.  I hope there is some procedure in your company that takes on board positive feedback from customers so that they are aware that the business has been obtained due to your conscientiousness.

Also, my husband and I will be looking to buy another car later in the year (probably in April/May), so would definitely return to your company for a quote if I can deal directly with you.

l have had my policies happily with you for a number of years.
This week l experienced an unsettling minor incident which l reported to my local office in Estepona and was amazed that the member of staff handling my call was SO proactive and helpful in protecting my interests.

We work for a very high profile British expat and this involves a lot of travel with little time off, whilst on leave in France two weeks ago we had two broken car windows, not great when all you want to do is relax. One phone call to Ibex and all our worries were taken away, everything was handled on our behalf without any delays or worries and we thought that service of such high quality should be noted, we spend 70% of our time with Brits living in Spain and we would not hesitate to recommend your company.
